Monsters' DenFor most of this year I've been working with the team at XGen Studios to create Boxhead: Bounty Hunter. It's a multiplayer version of the Boxhead series by Sean T Cooper, where the familiar heroes (and villains) have turned on each other. Killing other players gives money which can be used to buy and upgrade weapons. With up to 16 players per game, it's a frantic race to see who can end up with the most bounty.

The first chapter of Dragon Age Journeys has been released today on the official site. I have been working on this for a long, long time, so I really hope you enjoy it. See you in the Deep Roads!
..is my secret project. You can watch the announcement trailer here:

It's an ambitious new Flash RPG based in the same world as Bioware's upcoming Dragon Age: Origins for PC and consoles. The combat is tactical and turn-based.
The artwork in the game is by Adam Phillips (chluaid.) He's one of the best-known Flash animators for his Brackenwood series, among others.

In the beginning, there were many gods. Until war came to heaven.
One by one, over several centuries, the gods fell. Each Godfall brought a fierce meteor shower, as well as the sudden death of their every worshipper. As the gods continued to fall and entire kingdoms were brought to ruins by the sympathetic deaths of the devout, many renounced their faith in the hope of being spared. Without divine protection, large numbers succumbed to possession and corruption as the demonic powers forced their entry into the world, where they still remain.
Now, there is but one god. To even speak her true name is forbidden, and her clerics exert absolute power over the remaining human cities. Nomadic greenskin tribes pillage and burn their way across the land. Ambitious necromancers harvest the bones of fallen civilizations to amass undead armies of incredible size. The dwarves of the Earthern Nations burrow ever deeper, trying to escape the madness of the surface world. Horrors wait there in the depths, ready to boil out and claim the old places. The human heretics of the Cult of the Outward Path seek to break free from this world, risking it in the process. And all the while, sinister forces yet unseen lurk in the shadows and lay their plans.
Business is booming.
MONSTERS' DEN: GODFALL (working title) is coming in 2010. Yes, finally.
Hello! Still can't talk about what we're working on at the moment, unfortunately. No news on that front. Fans of Monsters' Den might be interested to know that I recently updated the game on Kongregate. The shop now features a couple of new items to make things more convenient for veteran players. For the moment, Kongregate is the only place you can play with this new content-- so go check it out!
Earlier today, Monsters' Den: Book of Dread had its ten millionth gameplay across the web. Thanks to everyone for their support of the game, and Merry Christmas!
With no new updates in a while, you might be forgiven for thinking we're slacking off. "Where's Monsters' Den 3?", you cry. "Where's a slightly different version of Hexiom?"
In fact, we're both working on unannounced projects. Hopefully before long we'll be able to peel back the curtain a little bit, so stay tuned.
Version 1.30 of BoB has just been released, and it includes some improvements to the map editor, including a bunch of new props and ground textures. If making maps sounds like your thing, fire up BoB, create the best looking, most original and well balanced map you can, and then submit it to the contest here.
Two $50 prizes are up for grabs for the best maps, as well as being included in the official Quick Play map list.
Good luck!

Hexiom is back, with a new twist!
The numbers are gone. Your new mission is to rearrange the tiles to light up all the color coded connections.
It's more fun than the original, which was already six times more fun than any other game ever made.
The game is still in its exclusive week on Kongregate.com (It's also the card challenge for any Kongai fans).
Brotherhood of battle is finally out!
After over 5 months of production with Jazza Studios, BoB has been released.

The game is exclusive to XGen Studios, who provide the servers and keep the game free!
BoB is a turn based strategy game where you battle against other players online. Your brotherhood consists of five unique unit types: Knight, Priest, Ranger, Rogue and Mage.
